Hi, I’m PJ. I created PJs & Cocoa to make room for the experiences people don’t always see—and the conversations that help us understand one another.

Some experiences
are unseen.
They still matter.
Living with misophonia and misokinesia has shown me how much a person can carry that others may never notice. An experience can be difficult to explain and still deserve patience, respect, and understanding.
I created PJs & Cocoa as a welcoming space for shared stories, thoughtful resources, and honest conversations about neurodivergence and unseen disabilities. There is room here for grown-ups, children, families, and the people who care about them.
Miss Cocoa and Pajamas bring a little imagination to that purpose. The cozy colors, playful characters, and familiar comforts are an invitation to come in, get curious, and feel a little more at home.
My hope is simple: more listening, more understanding, and more kindness in the everyday moments that matter.
With heart, PJMake room for everyone.
